Admission Process and Making Result Process
Often students are confused about the result-making process of the Dhaka University admission. Knowing the result-making process will make you confident about your performance in the exam hall. So, let’s take a look at the details.
- For all the units, the total marks for admission will be 200. Within this, 120 marks are allocated for the admission test and another 80 marks will be based on the total GPA of the candidates in the SSC and HSC exams.
- For the admission test, there will be 100 or 120 questions depending on the unit for 120 marks. Candidates will get a certain time like 1 hour and 30 minutes to answer all the questions.
- In units with 100 questions, the value of each question will be 1.2 and 0.3 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer. For 120 questions, the value of each question will be 1 and 0.25 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.
- For the 80 marks based on GPA, the GPA of the HSC exam will be multiplied by 10 and the GPA of the SSC exam will be multiplied by 6.
- A combination of these two scores will be used to prepare the merit list.
Admit Card Download
After the application process is over, candidates will be notified to download their admit cards from the official website. Carrying the admit card to the exam hall is a must, so make sure you are downloading the admit card within the deadline. Follow these steps for downloading admit card.
